Description
Bildformatet AVIF stöds numera av alla moderna webbläsare. Det har allmänt bättre kompression än JPEG och WebP. Med detta format kan fotografer minska bildstorleken eller lägga till foton med bättre än 8-bitars färg. Jag hoppas Wikimedias webbplatser kan stödja uppladdning av AVIF-filer.

Support Absolutely no reason not to support this given the level of compatibility in modern software. The glacial pace of WebP use in the wild is bracing, to be sure, but no matter the path to replacing JPEG as the default image format, we'll all be better off for having travelled it. Support AVIF's generally smaller size and HDR support are major benefits. It would be great to pair this with
