Description

現今，所有現代網頁瀏覽器皆支援AVIF圖像格式。AVIF通常比JPEG和WebP具有更好的壓縮率。使用AVIF格式，攝影師可以縮小照片尺寸，或加入色深高於8位元的照片。我希望維基媒體網站能夠支援上傳AVIF檔案。

Support Absolutely no reason not to support this given the level of compatibility in modern software. The glacial pace of WebP use in the wild is bracing, to be sure, but no matter the path to replacing JPEG as the default image format, we'll all be better off for having travelled it.
