Reverse partial blocks (Community Wishlist/W83)

As things currently stand, the partial block feature can only be applied to certain pages and namespaces. However, if you wanted to block a user from all but one namespace, you need to manually hit select all other namespaces except the namespace intended. For partial page blocks, this is entirely not possible. A reverse partial block would allow blocking a user from all pages/namespaces except those specified. This is very useful in certain cases, such as ban discussions or admin noticeboard discussions involving that user in question, which currently require another user to copy and paste the text from the blocked user's talk page to wherever the discussion is taking place.
