Improve review speed (Community Wishlist/W93)

Description
Wikipedia should find a way to improve the review process of new articles so that community users will be motivated to create new articles. Currently, it takes more than a month for a new article to be reviewed, which is too slow and will seriously affect user enthusiasm.
