向日志选项中加入命名空间筛选 (Community Wishlist/W279)

Description

现在，日志中不能选择显示命名空间，这对于一些命名空间的维护不太方便，如果加入这个选项，对条目以外的更改巡查会更方便，例如可以在移动日志中选择显示文件的移动，方便监督移动功能的使用是否正当。
