Allow CirrusSearch to search including or excluding redirects (Community Wishlist/W356)
CirrusSearch is an extremely useful tool for doing bot edits or looking at potential problems with wikitext. As documented in phab:T204089, currently most keywords do not allow searching redirects or excluding redirects from the search. It would be good to introduce a new keyword that would either enable or disable searching through redirects, and to make the redirect handling in CirrusSearch searches more consistent in general.
As can be seen in the task by the amount of tokens for this feature, this is a very requested feature, so after a conversation with Seddon about CommWish process, I thought this can be a good test for its usefulness as opposed to just filing a Phabricator task.
