Make Extension:Chart better handle dates (Community Wishlist/W406)

Description

Problem: in this chart the data points are equally spaced on the X axis whereas they should not, as some days are missing in the data set.

Solution: Extension:Chart could deal with dates and times on X axes like gnuplot does, see e.g. on page 45 of the manual. This would make it possible to have several data points per day, at different times, and to obtain an appropriate spacing of the data points along the time axis when some days are missing from the data set.
