Make Show Preview button work in protected pages (Community Wishlist/W67)

Description
Many Lua and templates pages are protected as high visibility and so and only admins/templateeditor are able to try to fix them as they have the right to even use that 'Show Preview' button on the protected pages.
So the idea is to allow that 'Show Preview' button work even on that pages when the editor doesn't have the right to edit the page so at least they can experience on what happens if the change they are going to suggest happens and they can use 'Preview page with this template' feature of MediaWiki to see the effect of their suggestion in action.
