Make individual categories editable in Visual Editor (Community Wishlist/W183)

Right now in the Categories modal in Visual Editor, it is not possible to edit a single category. There are only options to delete and set a sort key for an individual category.

Say an editor wanted to change Category:Companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange to Category:Companies formerly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, they couldn't just edit the existing category. Editors would have to switch to Source mode, or they would have to delete the category and enter the new category.

I often use another similar article as reference and making the individual categories editable would also make it easier to copy-and-paste a category from one article to another. It isn't even possible to highlight the text of a category right now.
