Offer full text search if a search redirects to an existing page (Community Wishlist/W271)

Description
When typing into a search box and hitting Enter/Return, one expects search results. So it can be confusing to be redirected to a content page, especially if it's a different site because the query included an interwiki prefix. Showing a link to the full text search, much like "Redirected from ...", would be a much more humane and less astonishing experience.
