Page swap (Community Wishlist/W344)

Description

Currently if we want to swap two pages, we have to do a WP:ROUNDROBIN move. It needs boring actions and creates complicated logs. I hope there is a vanilla page swap function open to users who has suppressredirect rights that swap two pages in one action.
