Community Wishlist/Wishes/Possibility to change page appearance style for everyone

The "Vector-2022" design still is controversial (if only because some Wikipedias keep using old design), and some users still oppose even "Vector-2010". Meanwhile, there was added function to change text size, wide or choose light/dark mod. So, I propose to add function of choosing between page designs from "Timeless" to "Vector-2022", which looks same as "Languages" section (in all styles). In that case, even unregistered users also can change their page design and don't use style which they don't like.
Also, after some time we can learn statistics of design usage and see, which style is most popular.
Update from WMF - we are declining this wish, as the cost of supporting legacy skins adds technical and product debt. While contributors may use any skin, we don't want to call additional attention towards the older skins, especially as these are features best suited for advanced users.
