Special pages should have language links (Community Wishlist/W385)

Description

Currently, many special pages (e.g., Special:RecentChanges, Special:Watchlist, Special:SpecialPages) across Wikimedia projects don't have language (interwiki) links. This creates a barrier for multilingual contributors who want to access the same tools in their preferred language edition. It's especially inconvenient for global users who work across multiple wikis.

Therefore, I suggest enabling language links for special pages. This would improve usability, consistency, and accessibility for users who frequently switch between languages.
