Description
The usual problem for newbies is abbreviations; experienced users are often lazy to make links to rules when they discuss something (let's say article deletions); other experienced users can also forget some abbreviations and understood another Wikimedian incorrectly. A magic word (or autocreation/autosuggestion of the link for discussions gadgets) could help to do projects a little bit, but less toxic.
