Watchlist highlighting (Community Wishlist/W103)

Description

Pages can be watchlisted for a variety of reasons (watching for spammers/LTAs, watching for announcements, watching to stay generally updated on changes). When watchlists get large, it can be easy to forget why a page was watchlisted in the first place.

It would be great if in the watchlist, you could create a label, assign a color to the label, and then be able to add pages you have watched to the label. Then when the page comes up in the watchlist, it would be coloured with the label's color (and maybe the label could be shown next to the page), which would remind the user why the page was watchlisted. The highlighting and labelling could be done similar to how filters and colours are used in Special:RecentChanges.
