Better categorization from Commons Mobile

• Problem: Categorization in the mobile app is available, but not particularly explorable. Users in the web interface can use HotCat to explore the category tree, but the mobile web interface doesn't allow that either.

• Who would benefit: Mobile users uploading pictures to Commons.

• Proposed solution: Enhance the categorization activity in the Commons app to allow HotCat-style exploration of selected categories. (Mainly navigation from parent categories to child categories and vice versa.)

• More comments: When uploading via the Commons app, I find myself using a laptop to look up the proper categories for my photos. It means that I can't upload pictures unless I'm at my computer, which mostly defeats the purpose of the mobile app.
