Maps should have option to show users current location

Problem: In Wikivoyage, when using the mapframe embedded style map you cannot see your current location. Have to go to desktop version and use the map option created by geo shown as icon top right. Far too many clicks to be used.
Who would benefit: Any reader on mobile wanting to see what Points of Interest are nearby.
Proposed solution:
More comments: This is a functionality any mobile user would expect. Other apps do this. Stops Wikivoyage becoming popular with mobile users, which is the largest group of internet accesses.

Support Would be useful on Wikivoyage. In addition I could see it being adapted to show the location of nearby WP articles or commons photos. e.g I am standing in front of an interesting building, is it worth taking a few minutes to get good photos for commons or are there already 20 images?
