The notification view should show the label for an item instead of showing the item ID

Problem:
Given that I don't know which item has which numbers this view isn't very informative. It would be a lot more informative if it would show the label of the items in the list.

Who would benefit: Everyone who works on Wikidata in a way that they get notifications.

Proposed solution: Show the labels of the items instead of showing the ID.
