Syncing watchlists

N See Simple import and export of Watchlists

• Problem:
• Who would benefit: People with multiple accounts
• Proposed solution: Create an interface in where you can ask a person to sync their watchlist, and if they accept, your watchlist will be synced. If a page does not wish to be synced, you can opt out of that page only by selecting a box or something.
