Improve workflow for uploading books to Wikisource

Problem: Uploading books to Wikisource is difficult.
Who would benefit: all new users to wikisource
Proposed solution: improve IA upload tool, to work with jpg and jpg2 files; you could also do UX redesign of the task flow uploading texts from IA, Hathi, Google Books

I was going to publish a similar wish. We had Book Uploader Bot but it is not working anymore. A grant was funded but I don't know if the tool exist. IA Upload is great but we need something for other website (Google Books, Gallica, HathiTrust...).
