Problem: Perennial proposal, on many venues. We need to resolve the issues raised in en.wiki THEYCANTHEARYOU. Mobile users must be able to see some kind of actual notification that "a real human being is a bit annoyed that you just replaced the page on Richard III with the word horse, and has left a message that you should read", not just a little red dot beside a bell.
Proposed solution: We need an orange bar of doom for mobile users, ideally, also saying who left the message. Personally, I avoid using the mobile interface anyway, and use #desktop-on-mobile, but I would like the people I warn to be able to see and understand the warnings that they receive.
