Culture Connect Africa/2025
Culture Connect 2025 is the second edition of the Culture Connect program — a continent-wide initiative aimed at improving the representation of African culture on Wikimedia projects. Building on the success of the 2024 edition, this year we’re expanding our reach through new partnerships, including engagement with the Dagbani User Group in Ghana.
The program runs from April to November 2025, and includes three key focus areas:
- African Film & Cinema
- AfroCuisine
- WikiFestival
Each project will roll out at different times during the year. Details on participation, events, and timelines will be shared here.
