This report pages follows on our previous financial overview, and will focus on activity plans: October 2024 - March 2025, and the plan for April 2025 - December 2025.

Overview

• Amount available from previous: 1,64,044 INR as of 15 January 2025. The amount was reported to be entirely spent by March 2025, with a meagre amount of 30.11 later being deducted by the bank on 30 May 2025, leaving INR 0.11 available - cleared off the Program Officer.

May-October 2025

• We received a project fund of 418,316.32 INR, to conduct our activities from 15 May 2025 to 31 October 2025.
  • An underspent of INR 10,847.54 was returned to the resource partner on 15 December 2025.

• We received a project fund of 1,67,900 INR to support our activities for November and December 2025.
  • The entire amount was completely utilised by 15 January 2026.

Additional Support

The first edition of TaW and our web hosting services for the year were supported by Praveen Das and Rachit Sharma, in an amount of INR 19,976 (28 February) and INR 4800 (5 May).

Final

Our total expenses for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 include:

• Expenses from 1 January to 31 March 2025, including INR 54,000 reallocated for the period 1–15 January 2025 from the previous reporting cycle, i,e, INR 2,18,044.
• INR 407,548.78 utilised under the May–October 2025 project;
• INR 1,51,257.21 utilised under the November–December 2025 project;
• INR 24,776 received as additional support towards TaW and web hosting services.
  • Expenses amounting to INR 16,642.79 incurred during 1–15 January 2026 have been excluded from this report and will be reflected in the 2026 financial statement in line with the transition to a calendar-year (January–December) reporting system.
    • Total expenditure for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 amounts to: 8,01,625.99

From 2026 onward, all financial reports will follow the January–December cycle. The reports will now move to: 2026.
