ESEAP Hub/Governance
The ESEAP Hub is now led by the Steering Committee consisting of 5 people who are supported by the community through the ESEAP Community Connectors path.
The ESEAP Hub's operations were initially overseen by an Interim Hub Committee, and guided by the ESEAP Hub Charter. This committee was later renamed the ESEAP Preparatory Council, a designation it held until June 30th, 2025. As of September 22nd, 2025, the community has opted for the Community Connector to serve as the governance term. The Community Connectors convenes once every two weeks on Mondays. In addition to that, the ESEAP Hub also hosts a regular monthly ESEAP Community Call.
