Introduction: I am Irvin Sto. Tomas, an admin on Bikol Wikipedia and Tagalog Wikisource, former admin on Bikol Wiktionary and Bikol Wikisource, and event-organizer on Meta. I served as the founding president and chair of the PhilWiki Community and held various roles in the User Group from 2018 to 2022, before becoming the project director. Since 2009, I have been an active community organizer in the Bikol Wikipedia Community, which organized various advocacy and outreach activities.

Movement contribution: I started making minor edits on the English Wikipedia in August 2006 and then began volunteering to build Wikimedia projects for the Bikol language edition. Since 2007, I have made 24,166 edits on Bikol Wikipedia, 9,925 edits on Commons, 7,921 edits on Wikisource, 2,417 edits on Incubator, 1,804 edits on English Wikipedia, to name a few. Since 2016, I have been organizing the Wikipedia Asian Month (WAM) on Bikol Wikipedia. I am a community leader in the Bikol Wikipedia Community, part of the First Cohort of the Wikisource Loves Manuscripts Learning Partners Network, and Regional Ambassador for the ESEAP Region in Wiki Loves Folklore International. During the CoViD-19 pandemic, I participated in Wikimedia Sverige's WikiGap Challenge 2020 wherein I finished 6th Place and got the Mind the Gap Barnstar. On April 7, 2026, I successfully completed the 100Quotes, 100Days Challenge on English Wikiquote.

Governance experience: Aside from serving the PhilWiki Community and the ESEAP Hub as part of the EPC and CC, I have served in the board of the Commons Photographers User Group from 2021 to 2026 as Board Treasurer and Secretary, respectively. I also led the organizing team of the Bikol WikiConference 2023, WikiCommons Conference Philippines 2023, GLAM Wiki Conference Philippines 2024, the Bikol Wikisource Training of Trainers 2024 and Bikol WikiConference 2026.

Statement: With my current involvement in the local, national and regional Wikimedia movement, I would like to bring representation and diversity to the ESEAP Hub.
