Introduction: Hello, I am SCP-2000, nice to meet you guys:)

My home wiki is Chinese Wikipedia. Additionally, I have contributed to Wikimedia Commons and focus on anti-cross-wiki vandalism work, as well as follow discussions between the WMF and the local community. You may find my experience below.

Movement contribution: Registered on 2019. Total edits: around 48k. More than thousands edits in the past year.

Governance experience: Here is my experience:

  • Chinese Wikipedia: Sysop (since 2025) and Arbitration Committee member (since Jan 2026)
  • Volunteer Response Team: Info-zh, Permission-zh and Wikimedia Commons
  • Wikipedia Asian Month Steering Committee's Southeast & East Asia Representative (Since 2025)
  • Director of the Wikimedia Community User Group Hong Kong (WMHKG) (Since 2024)

Statement: Currently, the Chinese Wikipedia community doesn't have a very strong connection with the ESEAP hub. As I am the current Chinese Wikipedia sysop and Arbitration Committee member, as well as the director of WMHKG, I would like to bridge and enhance the connection between the local Chinese Wikipedia community and Hong Kong community. I believe my experience in governance and outreach can benefit the development of the ESEAP hub. Thank you for your consideration.
