ESEAP Hub/News/Career/2026/Graphic Designer
The Role
[edit]We are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer for a three-month contract (April – June 2026). This role is essential to supporting the visual development of various ESEAP Hub communication materials, specifically establishing our visual brand identity, illustrating a new handbook, and designing our final impact report.
Key Responsibilities
[edit]- Design the overall visual identity guideline of ESEAP Hub, including but not limited to:
- Integrate the current ESEAP Hub logo into the visual identity guideline; and
- Create or suggest the following elements of visual identity: colour palette, free licensed font, icon, pattern, and illustration.
- Design the communication materials template, including, but not limited to, presentations and social media posts.
- Design and layout the ESEAP Handbook.
- Create their work under the free license of CC-BY-SA 4.0 or its latest version, and/or any other licenses in accordance with Wikimedia Commons policy.
Requirements
[edit]- Expertise in any common design software, for example: Adobe, InDesign, and Canva.
- Experience with multilingual typesetting, including Chinese characters.
- Experience in open license and open source projects, including Wikimedia Commons.
- Experience in designing the communication material related to the local culture of any ESEAP countries.
Important Dates
[edit]Submission Deadline: 15 April 2026. The application is on a first come first serve basis.
Work commitment: April to June 2026
