• Organizational Experience:

• • Served as a member of the Charter Electoral Commission to support, oversee, and provide guidance during the ratification process of the Movement Charter.
  • Serving as the Director of Wikimedia Community User Group Hong Kong since 2024.
  • Serving as an Arbitrator of the first Arbitration Committee of Chinese Wikipedia, resolving conflicts between users and making binding decisions on serious behavioral disputes.
  • Serving as an Ambassador for the Wikipedia Asian Month User Group (Southeast & East Asia region), recently organizing workshops and edit-a-thon in collaboration with Asia-based GLAM institutions (e.g., M+, Asia Art Archive, etc.).

Interested in strengthening the engagement, expansion, and development of the youth community within the ESEAP Hub, organizing young leaders, and increasing their involvement in advocacy and decision-making processes. Youth participation is essential in a growing community, and the governance process should include the voices of the youth. (Curtis)
