  • Organizational Experience:

My involvement in the Wikimedia movement began in 2017, and since 2021 have become an administrator on the Indonesian Wikipedia. My passion for expanding knowledge has led me to participate in several initiatives aimed at increasing the visibility of underrepresented figures, such as the Women in Red and the Politisi projects on the English Wikipedia, which aims at increasing the coverage of the underrepresented Indonesian politicians on the wiki. Beyond online contributions, I am an active member of the Wikimedia Indonesia and Wikimedia Jakarta communities. I have participated in community projects like WikiPatriot, which aimed to improve the coverage of historical heroes on the Indonesian Wikipedia. I have also had the opportunity to spread awareness about Wikipedia by training institutions such as the Armed Forces History Center and university students in Lampung, helping them learn how to write military-related articles and contribute to the platform. I recently joined the Wikiportrait community where I've been collaborating on taking photos of important figures and increasing contribution on portraits to Wikimedia Commons.

  • Work/areas of ESEAP Hub I am interested in:

I am interested in the fields of community engagement, where Wiki projects could contribute in developing mass knowledge for people in the ESEAP region due to its high visibility, as well as developing youth potentials. I've been conducting youth outreach for Wikimedia in my university through peer-to-peer communication, and I believe that ESEAP Hub could play a major role in harnessing this untapped potential.
