ESEAP Hub စွာ ဒေသတွင်းဟိ ရပ်ရွာလူထုတိအား ၎င်းရို့ဧ့ အတွိ့အကြုံတိနန့် အကြံဥာဏ်များ မျှဝီရန် အားပီးရန်နန့် ဒေသတွင်းဟိ အခြားအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတိနန့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မည့် အခွင့်အလမ်းတိကို ယှာဖွီရန် ပလပ်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ရေ။ Hub ရေ အပြန်အလှန်နားလည်မှုတည်ဆောက်ရာတွင် အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စီရန် အချိန်အခါအလိုက် သတင်းလွှာတိအဖြစ် ပေါင်းစည်းလားဖို့ ဒေပလက်ဖောင်းသို့ ၎င်းရို့ဧ့အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတိက သတင်းတိနန့် အစီရင်ခံစာတိကို ထုတ်ဝီရန် အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတိကို အားပီးဖို့ဖြစ်ရေ။ နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းနန့် ပိုပြီးကေကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဆက်သွယ်ရန် တန်းခါးပေါက်တစ်ခုလည်းဖြစ်ရေ။
