Gambaran keseluruhan

Sidang Kemuncak Strategi ialah sebuang bengkel tiga hari bagi Wikimediawan di rantau ESEAP untuk membincangkan topik berkaitan Strategi Gerakan dan Hab ESEAP.

Sidang Kemuncak Strategi ESEAP tidak mempunyai sebarang penyerahan program, tidak seperti Persidangan ESEAP dwitahunan yang berkaitan. Sebaliknya, topik perbincangan dan kerja akan tertumpu kepada objektif umum, iaitu perbincangan rantau ESEAP, Hab ESEAP, Strategi Pergerakan, Teori Perubahan, dan lain-lain. Program ini telah dibangunkan oleh Majlis Persediaan ESEAP dengan kerjasama pasukan Program Sidang Kemuncak ini. Seorang fasilitator akan membantu peserta dalam memastikan penyertaan maksimum antara semua orang yang terlibat.

Tujuan

Tujuan umum sidang kemuncak ini adalah seperti berikut:

• Menyediakan jalan untuk tindakan susulan dan semakan status hala tuju strategik semasa Rantau ESEAP berdasarkan perbincangan Sidang Kemuncak yang sebelumnya.
• Mencipya perbincangan komuniti yang terbuka dan menarik dan memupuk kerjasama rentas budaya masa depan dalam kalangan negara di rantau ESEAP.
• Menjadi tempat bagi ahli komuniti mempunyai perbincangan dengan beberapa anggota Kumpulan Kerja Stretagi Gerakan jadi mereka akan memandu peserta mengenai isu-isu atau perhatian yang muncul dalam perbincangan kumpulan kerja mereka secara umum dan bidang kerja secara khusus. Ini termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada, menyediakan penjelasan, memberi contoh senario akan datang, dan berkongsi pengalaman kerja mereka dalam kumpulan kerja yang ditugaskan.
• Membangunkan sebuah struktur sokongan bagi komuniti dan sukarelawan Wikimedia dalam hal pengurusan, libat urus sukarelawan, dan cabaran teknikal.

Mesyuarat Pra-Sidang Kemuncak

There were two online meetings held before the Strategy Summit in Manila. These meetings helped shape the discussions to be held at the Summit, while also enabling participation from the greater community. Attendees are highly encouraged to join the online meetings, as these will be used as a venue to provide explanations and gather opinions.

• The first meeting was held on April 27, and was used to discuss the governance systems proposed by the ESEAP Preparatory Council. You can find more details and register for the meeting on its event page.
• The second meeting was held on May 10, and focused on sharing information about the Attendee Guide, and explained some of the Program sessions.

The Manila Bay Kitchen is located at the ground floor. Ballrooms 3 and 4 are located at the 7th floor of the Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel, to the right of the elevators. Signs at the elevator room will direct you to the ballrooms where the Summit will be held.

Sunday excursion

The core organizing team will be providing a National Museum tour on Sunday, after the closing ceremony and lunch. Attendees are expected to prepare to leave the hotel by 13:00.

Attendees will tour the National Museum of Anthropology and the National Museum of Natural History. At 18:00, attendees will be picked up from the museum grounds and brought to Intramuros, the walled district of Manila and the original Spanish settlement in the area established in the 16th century. At 19:00, dinner will be held at the Sky Deck View Bar of The Bayleaf, a restaurant within Intramuros overlooking Manila. After the dinner, attendees will be brought back to the hotel.

Panduan muzium

Large objects, backpacks, and water bottles are restricted by the National Museum. These must be deposited at the National Museum entrances before entering the museum. When depositing an item, you will be given a card with a number; please keep this card safe as it will be required to claim your items when exiting the museum.
