Overview
ESEAP မဟာဗျူဟာ ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးသည် ESEAP ဒေသရှိ ဝီကီမီဒီယန်းများအတွက် လှုပ်ရှားမှုမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် ESEAP Hub နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော အကြောင်းအရာများကို ဆွေးနွေးရန် သုံးရက်ကြာ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲဖြစ်သည်။
ESEAP မဟာဗျူဟာ ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးသည် နှစ်နှစ်တစ်ကြိမ်ကျင်းပသော ESEAP ညီလာခံနှင့် မတူဘဲ အစီအစဉ် တင်သွင်းခြင်းများ မရှိပါ။ ယင်းအစား ESEAP ဒေသတွင်း ဆွေးနွေးမှု၊ ESEAP Hub, လှုပ်ရှားမှု မဟာဗျူဟာ၊ Theory of Changeနှင့် အခြားခေါင်းစဉ်များ အပါအဝင် ယေဘုယျ မျှော်မှန်းချက်များကို အဓိကထား ဆွေးနွေးကြမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ ခေါင်းစဉ်အတိအကျကို ESEAP ပဏာမကောင်စီနှင့် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး၏ အစီအစဉ်အဖွဲ့တို့ ပူးပေါင်းဆုံးဖြတ်မည် ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြီးစီးပါက ဤနေရာတွင် ဖော်ပြပေးမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ ပါဝင်သူများအားလုံးအကြား အပြည့်အဝ ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ရန် ဖြစ်မြောက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်သူများက ကူညီပေးမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

- ယခင် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးများတွင် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည့် အကြောင်းရင်းများအပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ လက်ရှိ ESEAP ဒေသ၏ ဗျူဟာရေး ဦးတည်ချက်များကို နောက်ဆက်တွဲလေ့လာရန်နှင့် အခြေအနေကို ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ရန်အတွက်လမ်းကြောင်းတစ်ခု ပေးရန်။
- ပွင့်လင်းပြီး ပါဝင်သော လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်း ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ ဖန်တီးပြီး ESEAP ဒေသအတွင်းရှိ နိုင်ငံများအကြား အနာဂတ် ယဉ်ကျေးမှုများ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို အားဖြည့်နိုင်ရန်။

Pre-Summit meetings
There were two online meetings held before the Strategy Summit in Manila. These meetings helped shape the discussions to be held at the Summit, while also enabling participation from the greater community. Attendees are highly encouraged to join the online meetings, as these will be used as a venue to provide explanations and gather opinions.
- The first meeting was held on April 27, and was used to discuss the governance systems proposed by the ESEAP Preparatory Council. You can find more details and register for the meeting on its event page.
- The second meeting was held on May 10, and focused on sharing information about the Attendee Guide, and explained some of the Program sessions.
Timetable
The Manila Bay Kitchen is located at the ground floor. Ballrooms 3 and 4 are located at the 7th floor of the Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel, to the right of the elevators. Signs at the elevator room will direct you to the ballrooms where the Summit will be held.

Sunday excursion
The core organizing team will be providing a National Museum tour on Sunday, after the closing ceremony and lunch. Attendees are expected to prepare to leave the hotel by 13:00.
Attendees will tour the National Museum of Anthropology and the National Museum of Natural History. At 18:00, attendees will be picked up from the museum grounds and brought to Intramuros, the walled district of Manila and the original Spanish settlement in the area established in the 16th century. At 19:00, dinner will be held at the Sky Deck View Bar of The Bayleaf, a restaurant within Intramuros overlooking Manila. After the dinner, attendees will be brought back to the hotel.

Large objects, backpacks, and water bottles are restricted by the National Museum. These must be deposited at the National Museum entrances before entering the museum. When depositing an item, you will be given a card with a number; please keep this card safe as it will be required to claim your items when exiting the museum.
