Abstract:
In this interactive session, we will dive into the key elements of crafting a compelling education newsletter. We’ll cover best practices for structuring content, writing with clarity and purpose, and tailoring messages to different audiences. Participants will learn how to make newsletters more engaging with visuals, storytelling techniques, and clear calls to action. We will also discuss strategies for improving accessibility and readability to ensure that newsletters effectively reach and inform their intended audiences.

To make the session engaging, we will incorporate hands-on activities such as analyzing real-world newsletter examples, brainstorming content ideas in small groups, and crafting attention-grabbing headlines. Participants will also have the opportunity to draft short newsletter sections and receive constructive feedback from peers. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with practical skills and a clear strategy for enhancing the effectiveness of their education newsletters.
