The Wiki summer student programme for 2025–2026 has begun! Find out more about the third year of the programme that invites University students to learn about the world of Wikimedia. baca lebih lanjut… In an innovative initiative, history teacher Natália Fraga de Oliveira from the Floriano Witt State School, located in Minas Gerais, carried out an extension project focused on the creation and editing of Wikidata items, called "Wikidata at School". The action, which took place between December 2024 and May 2025, had as its main objective to combat gender gaps on Wikimedia platforms and enrich Wikidata with data on Black Brazilian women. The activity was led by teacher Natália Fraga and partnered with the More History Theory on Wiki Project (More+ Project), which aims to expand and improve the presence of content about minority groups on Wikimedia platforms, encouraging its community of volunteers to implement activities in this regard. Wikimedia Serbia has successfully organized the tenth edition of Edu Wiki in Belgrade on November 15th and 16th, at the Hotel Prague. The camp was attended by nine motivated participants, four interns, and was organized by Educational department Manager Lora Milutinović and Manager of culture and science programmes Nebojša Ratković with the generous help of Wiki Ambassador Aleksandra Stojićević. The camp was designed as a space for learning, sharing experiences, and working together on Wikipedia, with a special focus on developing research skills, critical thinking, and understanding the value of accessible knowledge.
