1Lib1Ref is a global Wikimedia campaign that invites librarians, researchers, and knowledge lovers to add missing citations to Wikipedia. In Gombe Network, we are joining this movement to enrich reliable knowledge and improve information accuracy in the world’s most-used free encyclopedia.

🎯 What’s the Goal?
[edit]Add at least one citation to a Wikipedia article that lacks references. That's it! But you can do even more if you like!

How to Participate

- Find an article that needs a reference (look for the [citation needed] tag or unreferenced articles).
- Add a reliable source (books, scholarly articles, newspapers, etc.).
- Use the hashtag #1Lib1Ref and #1Lib1RefGN2025 in your edit summary.
- Track your edits with the Outreach Dashboard.
