Event:Active listening and feedback training for CEE Youth Group

CEE Hub is organising an Active listening & feedback online training for members of the CEE Youth Group, led by Filip Kňažek.

During the meeting participants will learn how to deepen their listening skills, give and receive constructive feedback, and explore how communication and emotional intelligence interact. Filip will create a safe and supportive setting in which youth are gently encouraged to step out of comfort zones, share experiences, reflect on their behavior patterns, and practice empathy. By the end of the training, members will be better equipped to listen with presence, respond with understanding, and use feedback to foster personal growth and stronger group dynamics.
