This workshop was designed to empower participants to contribute meaningfully to Wikipedia with a focus on the Assamese language, and to encourage active participation in Wikipedia Asian Month 2025.
This workshop was primarily designed to promote Wikipedia Asian Month, encourage participants to contribute through editing and content creation, emphasize the value of open-source knowledge, and support the promotion of regional languages, especially the Assamese language. The session included the following components:
# Introduction to Wikipedia

# How to Edit Wikipedia Articles

- Editing existing Wikipedia articles.
- Creating new articles with basic formatting and proper referencing.
