    Project Overview

The Bole Festival 2025 x Wiki Niger Delta Heritage Collective partnership is dedicated to documenting, preserving, and sharing the rich cultural heritage of the Bole Festival, one of Nigeria’s most iconic food and cultural celebrations in the Niger Delta. Through this collaboration, we aim to capture our traditional foods and their preparation, stories, images, and experiences that define the festival, while making this knowledge freely accessible on Wikimedia platforms.

The Bole Festival 2025, with the theme One Bite. One Beat. One Moment, will be documented by the Wiki Niger Delta Heritage Collective community and uploaded to Wikimedia Commons.
