Public Speaking Training for CEE Youth Group Members
[edit]Wikimedia CEE Hub, in partnership with the Wikimedia Foundation, is pleased to invite members of the CEE Youth Group to participate in a dedicated Public Speaking Training. This session is designed to help young Wikimedians strengthen their presentation skills and grow as confident, charismatic speakers — both within the movement and beyond.

The workshop will be conducted by two experienced communications specialists from the Wikimedia Foundation:
- Jackie Koerner, Communication Specialist for Community Resilience and Sustainability, with a background in Movement Strategy and Governance. Jackie supports outreach, facilitates community conversations, and contributes to maintaining mental health resources and legal communications across the movement.
- Natalia Szafran-Kozakowska, Senior Global Movement Communications Specialist for the European Region, who works closely with communities and affiliates, supporting collaboration and building strong connections within the region.
Participants will gain practical tools for effective public speaking and learn techniques to engage audiences, all within a supportive learning environment tailored to youth contributors in the CEE region.
As a follow-up to the group workshop, participants interested in further developing their presentation skills will have the opportunity to join a 1:1 mentoring program, offering ongoing support, personalized feedback, and expert guidance to help them excel.
