Introduction / summary

This session is a chance to share where things stand, what was discussed during the recent in-person workshop in Berlin, and how we are moving forward—together—with a new funding application to the Wikimedia Foundation, due 1 June. Between 5–7 May, 13 Wikimedians from across affiliates met in Berlin to align on the future direction of the Hub. Our goals were to clarify governance, funding strategy, and shared priorities for a strong and grounded next phase. In this meeting we will:
- Share a summary of the Berlin workshop discussions
- Present the current draft direction of the upcoming application
- Outline ways individuals and affiliates can formally support or endorse the application and get involved in the work
- Open space for your input, questions, and ideas
