[edit]This space will allow us to confirm your participation in the first Learning Clinic in a 3-part series on Conflict Resolution in Wikimedia Spaces, happening on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, at 1:00 PM UTC to 3:00 PM UTC.
🗣️The session will be in English and simultaneously translated into Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hindi and Arabic.
👉 What is this Learning Clinic for?
[edit]In a movement as beautifully diverse as ours, conflict is inevitable—but manageable. This is our second session of the Conflict resolution series, which is about learning the challenges in globally multicultural communities and explore communication from the cultural lens.
👉 Learning Outcomes
[edit]By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
- Develop active listening & non-violent communication (NVC) skills.
- Learn few strategies to navigate cultural sensitivities & biases in Wikimedia spaces.
- Know some practices around effectively handling asynchronous communication.
