[edit]The Wikimedia Foundation has released the first draft of the Wikimedia Foundation Annual Plan (2025-2026) , focusing on Product & Technology priorities. This episode delves into how the Foundation gathers and incorporates community feedback into its planning process. Guest host Florence Devouard—longtime Wikipedian, former WMF Chair, and Co-Executive Director of Wiki In Africa—will lead a discussion on:
- The evolution of feedback collection methods
- Variations in engagement across different communities
- Barriers to participation and strategies to overcome them
- How to effectively contribute your input to shape the final plan
