About the Session

As we prepare for the official launch of Wiki Loves Africa 2026, we are hosting an Organisers Office Hour to support all community organisers ahead of the campaign start.

This interactive session is designed to provide clarity, alignment, and practical guidance to ensure a smooth and impactful campaign across participating countries and communities.

Wiki Loves Africa 2026 will officially run from 1 March – 30 April 2026, and this office hour serves as a preparation space to help organisers feel ready and confident before launch day.

Objectives of the Office Hour

During this session, we will:

Share important updates and expectations for Wiki Loves Africa 2026
Walk through the campaign timeline and key milestones
Provide guidance on communication, and jury process.
Share resources and support materials available to organisers
Answer questions and address challenges ahead of launch

Who Should Attend?

This session is open to confirmed Wiki Loves Africa 2026 local organisers, community representatives planning to run the campaign, and new organisers who need guidance before the campaign begins.
