Wiki Loves Monuments 2026: A Photo Walk at The Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe)in Tanzania is a cultural heritage documentation campaign organized in the framework of the global Wiki Loves Monuments initiative. The event brings together photographers, Wikimedia contributors, heritage enthusiasts, and community members to document, photograph, and upload high-quality images of The Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe) and nearby historic sites in Stone Town, Zanzibar.

The campaign seeks to expand the online representation of Tanzanian cultural heritage, address content gaps about national monuments, and build community capacity on contributing to Wikimedia projects. It also aims to strengthen digital preservation practices by equipping participants with photography, Wikimedia Commons, and copyright skills based on previous successful implementations of the Wiki Loves Monuments campaign in Tanzania.
