Goal of the meeting – To improve or create Wikipedia pages related to musical instruments, and instrument makers, using the library and archives of the Musical Instruments Museum.
Why should Wikimedians participate – This event will bring music and musicology students, researchers, and other interested individuals together in a day of presentations and networking.
The event, which this Wiki Café will be part of is free to all, but registration is requested.
We expect future gatherings will focus more around one theme but as this meeting brings together researchers working on a vast array of subjects it is probably better to have a wide range of topics.
