Description
Nederlands: De afgevaardigden van de Nederlandse provincies bieden Willem van Oranje het tractaat van de Unie van Utrecht aan, 1579. In de zaal van een paleis biedt een oude man met baard Oranje een zwaard op een kussen aan, een ander draagt het document op een kussen. Rechts de soldaten in het gevolg van de prins met vaandel en hellebaarden. Links vertegenwoordigers van de provincies met banieren met de provinciewapens.
