Summary

Description Spamstar1.jpg - I have replaced the earlier version of this image with a copy (in jpg format) of another commons image, Image:Barnstar_of_Reversion2.png, given the possibility the earlier image violated Hormel's trademark. produced by combining two English Wikipedia images (both from Wikipedia Commons: (Image:WMBarnstar.png and Image:Spam with cans.jpeg) This is for use as an award for fighting spam

This is a combination of two freely licensed images in Wikipedia Commons (Image:WMBarnstar.png and Image:Spam with cans.jpeg) This is a copy (in jpg format) of an existing Commons image, Image:Barnstar_of_Reversion2.png

The earlier image I produced (see the edit history) may or may not have met the letter of the law since it was adapted from an image on a government site, but as others pointed out, it was still abusive of Hormel on the "grounds of niceness", which is sufficient for me, given their good-natured reasonableness about the use of the word spam.

Since this shows up on various user talk pages as a barnstar award, I have chosen to substitute another existing barnstar design from Commons so the user talk page notes will still display correctly. --A. B. 10 (talk) 19:14, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

Since I don't check my Commons user talk page very often, if you have any questions, feel free to leave them on my en:Wikipedia talk page or use the "E-mail this user" link at my Commons user page --A. B. 10 (talk) 19:39, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
