English: Wikimedia Bangladesh arranged the 16th Dhaka Wikimeetup on 13 November 2013 as well as a Press Meet to officially inaugurate the Wikipedia Zero program. Carolynne Schroeder, Director Mobile Programs of Wikimedia Foundation was present at the event along with representatives of Banglalink, Grameenphone and Robi. These three mobile operators will be providing this Wikipedia Zero offer, which allows subscribers to browse Wikipedia free of charge.
