Assure me that this isn't clip-art, someone. -- Kwekubo

It is such a piece, but I changed it. Were deleted elements, it gives a new element [...], the old elements became new details, ist ist complete reflected, I changed the colors newly and so, I think, it is a new Bo 15:59 24 Jul 2003 (UTC)

Sorry, but I can't see this working. It _looks_ like clipart - you can recognise the style from the MS Office Clipart selection quite easily - and gives the impression that it wasn't purpose-designed. It would give a sort of 'cheap' idea of Wikipedia to new visitors. -- Kwekubo

Ok, here is the original-one to have a look at the details. I thik, its a new one and of course, it is not nice for everybody... ;-) Just proof it for yourself: Original-Clip and now, i´ve made a second one, with less "clip-look and feel", dont it is? Bo

I like the 2nd one more: Now i can see the detail: it is a compass, isn't it. --Nerd

What is the crosshairs-style thing that was the globe? -- Kwekubo

;-) Is it a globe or is it a target or is it both like a compass at the world? Its wiki-like, anything together... have fun! Bo

The first thing that came to mind when I saw that crosshair/reticle was a rifle targeting scope. I doubt that's an image we'd want associated with Wikipedia. -- Stygian
