- Place: Bellinzona, Switzerland
- Accomodation: Helsana Business Center, Via Lugano 5, 6500 Bellinzona. Breakfast included. Wikimedia CH is taking care of the reservations. Please do not book any rooms.
- Meals: Will be provided as indicated in the program.
- Participation: Participation is free of charge. Accommodation will be provided by WMCH. Travel in Switzerland will be reimbursed at half-fare ticket value. Please indicate this in your Expense Report using the Program-Account-Number 44125. WMDE and WMAT will reimburse travel expenses in accordance with their conditions.
- Transportation: Upon check-in at the hotel you will receive the “Ticino Ticket” which also serves as a ticket for public transportation in the area. Find more Information here: https://www.ticino.ch/en/ticket.html
- Language: This event will be held in Italian. However contributions can be made in other languages. Participants with other mother tongues are welcome, but should have a basic knowledge of Italian for communication. English, French and German may be used to bridge the remaining gaps.
- Etiquette: The WMCH Respectful behavior space policy is mandatory.
